Went to Pilates tonight to get a bit of a stretch and flexibility workout. It was fun, maybe ‘cause I was in the mood. My splits are less than 2-inchs off the ground! Yeah!!!!
After the class, I went to the conditioning room to work out my strength – I did 3 sets of 20 of my dude push ups!
We spoke about your training and how your progress is coming along. I think it's time to wrap things up and start thinking about submitting your finals evaluations - I think it is #4 on your list of submissions. I have reviewed and made a few recommendations that you might want to look at. You have done a great job at putting it together!
