Today I went back to the Y to use the treadmill and then I went to Yoga.I felt great today and got a good 35 minutes run in on the treadmill. Also had my iPod listening to NeverShoutNever!
Isn't NeverShoutNever Christofer Drew Ingle whose first exposure came on YouTube (I think)?
So the treadmill is working out? I know that the laps on the school track can get boring and wet! Stick to what you enjoy, and yes, most definitely on a treadmill, your iPod is a great tool!
